From CSRD requirements to a structured materiality analysis

Xvii supported Kraft Powercon in conducting a dual materiality analysis in accordance with ESRS – from training the management team to developing a methodology and producing a report for implementation.

    What we did
Xvii came on board as an operational sustainability partner and managed the entire DMA project from start to finish:

    • Training for senior management and key roles on what the CSRD means in practice
    • Mapping of the value chain, stakeholders and external influencing factors (legal requirements, market pressures, geopolitical risks)
    • Workshop on dual materiality analysis in accordance with ESRS – methodological review and prioritisation of material aspects
    • Presentation and review of the analysis results with management and the board
    • Recommendations for future work – specific priorities and guidance for implementing the sustainability strategy

    • A CSRD-compliant dual materiality analysis delivered in accordance with ESRS
    • A management team that understands the CSRD in practice, not just as a compliance issue
    • A structured methodology that can be reused in future reporting cycles
    • Specific priorities for Kraft Powercon’s ongoing sustainability work
