From CSRD requirements to a completed dual materiality analysis

Xvii joined the Branäs Group as an operational partner and managed the entire DMA process – from training the management team to developing the methodology and producing a report in accordance with ESRS.

The challenge
faced by the Branäs Group, which operates several of Sweden’s largest ski resorts, was CSRD reporting. At the heart of the framework is the double materiality analysis (DMA) as set out by the ESRS, a methodologically demanding task that requires regulatory understanding, stakeholder analysis and operational capacity.

The company needed a partner who could manage the entire project, not just come in at the drafting stage.

  • A CSRD-compliant dual materiality analysis delivered in accordance with ESRS
  • A structured methodology that can be reused in future reporting cycles
  • Specific priorities for the Branäs Group’s ongoing sustainability work
  • A management team that understands the CSRD in practice, not just as a compliance issue
